In addition, on 4 October at 4 p.m. Francesco Panella, beekeeper and maker of La Raia honey, will speak at Viaggio nella biodiversità (A journey through biodiversity): a story born from the encounter of the juices of 7 different apples, the honey produced in our unique ecosystem and the Romagna hen eggs. Among the protagonist also Zolla 14 and Podere Cristina.
From Sturday 3 to Monday 5 October, moreover, on the occasion of Milano Golosa, Basara proposes one of its most famous appetizers: a tasting of 8 tartares – created and prepared by chef Hiroiko Shimizu – surprisingly paired with our Gavi 2014, a mineral savoury biodynamic wine.
