Winemaker’s notes
The Barbera grapes are handpicked towards the end of September and go through anextended maceration where the fermenting must is periodically pumped over the skins.
Malolactic fermentation follows.
After racking, the wineis matured in small stainless steel containers.
Tasting notes
Colour: brilliant ruby red withtints of violet.
Aroma: wide, intense, with nuances of roses and berries.
Mouthfeel: full, soft, warm, with a persistent finishreminiscent of cherry jam.

12,5 %
Serving temperature
Between 18º and 20º C.
