Lines of Cortese and Barbera, hedges, cultivated fields, wood scrubs. Your destination is the raw soil wine cellar designed by Martin Rauch, for a tasting of the biodynamic wines from La Raia and Tenuta Cucco, the farm at Serralunga d’Alba owned by the Rossi Cairo family.
Our wines can be tasted at the Locanda as well, after a day at the swimming pool, or a nice stroll in the vineyards or a workout session along the outdoor fitness trail.
